Château Villa Bel-Air
In the village of Saint-Morillon, near La Brède and at the heart of the Graves appellation, the vineyard of Château Villa Bel-Air is spread across a magnificent gravely hillock overlooking the Gatmor Valley.
Born in the eighteenth century, the estate covers 50 hectares in one piece, around a traditional chartreuse house whose architecture evokes the spirit of the beautiful villas of Italy.
Since its acquisition in 1988, the Cazes family has undertaken significant viticultural and technical restructuring. Now completely redesigned, the estate harmoniously unites tradition and modernity. It produces a white wine and red wine, which, in terms of the terroir and the local specificity of the grape varieties, illustrate the subtlety and complexity of their appellation.
