Le village de Bages
At the gates of Château Lynch-Bages and of the Relais & Châteaux Cordeillan-Bages, lies Le village de Bages, in the heart of Pauillac vineyards.
Once abandoned by its inhabitants, it is now reborn around wine and gourmet delights.
Café-brasserie, traditional bakery, wine and gastronomy shop, meat and deli shops, wine schools, cookery schools, craft workshops and a playground for children, all are now gathered around the central square and make the village an authentic and attractive Médoc destination.
Every year, the village offers many events that punctuate the 12 months of delicious opportunities: Easter egg hunt, awarding the Prix Lavinal – Printemps des lecteurs in May, St Anthony Festival in June, Outdoor films in the summer, St Barbe Festival in December etc. The programme of these events can be found on the Village’s website.
